- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the eggs to the mixture and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the raisins.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
