Instructions
- Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a bit of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant. Then, add the shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, add the drained linguine to the skillet. Toss everything together, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a creamy sauce. Squeeze in the lemon juice for added flavor.
- Plate the linguine and shrimp mixture, garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve immediately for the best taste!
