- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut out ghost shapes from the second tortilla and place it on top.
- Cook until the cheese is melted and the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook until the other side is golden brown.
- Remove from heat and slice into wedges.
- Serve with sour cream and sliced olives as eyes.

- Use different cheese for variety.
- Adjust the cooking time based on your stove.
