- 1/4 cup chopped onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk and stir until a dough forms. Knead gently on a floured surface.
- Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and mix in cheese, ham, bell peppers, and onions.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on one half of each dough rectangle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Place the hot pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
