Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced ham or cooked sausage
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add milk and stir until a dough forms. Knead gently on a floured surface.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. In another bowl, whisk eggs and mix in cheese, ham, bell peppers, and onions.
  6. Place a spoonful of the filling on one half of each dough rectangle.
  7. Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Place the hot pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
