Homemade Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are flavorful, crunchy bites of salmon coated in a spicy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Coat each salmon piece with the sauce.
  4. Roll the coated salmon pieces in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
