Homemade Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are flavorful, crunchy bites of salmon coated in a spicy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each salmon piece with the sauce.
- Roll the coated salmon pieces in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with extra sauce if desired.
Notes
- Adjust spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
