- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup crushed pecans
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Sprinkle the crushed pecans evenly over the salmon, pressing them down gently.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
