Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and Dijon mustard, stirring well.
- Allow sauce to thicken for 3-5 minutes.
- Return salmon to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
