- 1 ½ cups milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- ½ cup chocolate chips, diced
- ¼ cup sprinkles
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix pancake mix with milk until just combined. Do not over-mix; a few lumps are okay.
- Gently fold in blueberries, diced strawberries, and chocolate chips.
- Using a spoon or measuring cup, fill each donut cavity with about 1/4 cup of batter. Wipe the center holes clean for even baking.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until donuts are golden and spring back when touched.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Decorate with sprinkles and serve warm!
