Description
A rich and gooey dessert made in a slow cooker that combines chocolate brownies with a molten lava center.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased slow cooker.
- Pour boiling water over the batter (do not stir).
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours until set.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
- Check for doneness after 2 hours.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
- You can substitute dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
