Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions
- Combine garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker and pour the spice mixture over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve with pita bread, rice, or salad.
