- 1/2 cup (60 g) cornmeal

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by placing it in a bowl and pouring buttermilk over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the coating by mixing flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring each piece is fully covered.
- Fry the chicken in hot vegetable oil at 350°F (175°C) for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
