Description
A delicious way to use your Thanksgiving leftover turkey, these stuffed shells are filled with turkey, cheese, and a creamy sauce.

- 12 large pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine shredded turkey, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each pasta shell with the turkey mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the stuffing if desired.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
