For the Cake Mix Method:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3-4 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 large eggs

For the Condensed Milk Method:

  • 3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • cups self-rising flour

Instructions
 

Cake Mix Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and cake mix. Stir until just combined (do not overmix).
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the banana bread cool completely before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

Condensed Milk Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk and self-rising flour. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the banana bread cool completely before slicing. Serve and enjoy the creamy, rich flavor!
