- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3-4 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 large eggs
For the Condensed Milk Method:
- 3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1¾ cups self-rising flour
Cake Mix Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add the eggs and cake mix. Stir until just combined (do not overmix).
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
