Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans toasted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a Bundt pan.
  • Toast pecans in a single layer for 5–10 minutes.
  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
  • Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, and combine with dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
  • Fold in toasted pecans and vanilla extract.
  • Bake for 1 hour; let cool before adding the glaze.
