- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- Pinch of salt

- 8 oz white chocolate
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup raspberry purée
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Rich Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Fondue
- 6 oz dark chocolate 60% cocoa, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions for Classic Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Fondue
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add sugar and vanilla bean paste, and continue mixing until well combined.
Gradually pour in the heavy cream, mixing until smooth and creamy.
Add a pinch of salt and mix briefly.
Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with fresh fruits, brownies, or marshmallows.
Instructions for White Chocolate Raspberry Fondue
Melt white chocolate with heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly.
Once melted, stir in raspberry purée and powdered sugar until smooth.
