  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup raspberry purée
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Rich Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Fondue

  • 6 oz dark chocolate 60% cocoa, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Add sugar and vanilla bean paste, and continue mixing until well combined.
  • Gradually pour in the heavy cream, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  • Add a pinch of salt and mix briefly.
  • Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with fresh fruits, brownies, or marshmallows.

Instructions for White Chocolate Raspberry Fondue

  • Melt white chocolate with heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Once melted, stir in raspberry purée and powdered sugar until smooth.
