Brownie Layer:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Strawberry Layer:
- 1 to 1½ cups fresh strawberries thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar optional
Chocolate Ganache:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Prep Oven & Pan: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Make Brownie Batter: Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
Bake: Pour into pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool completely.
Add Strawberries: Layer sliced strawberries over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
Make Ganache: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, let sit 2 mins, then stir smooth.
Assemble: Pour ganache over strawberries. Refrigerate 1 hour until set.
Slice & Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy chilled.
