Ingredients
  

Brownie Layer:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Strawberry Layer:

  • 1 to 1½ cups fresh strawberries thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar optional

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Prep Oven & Pan: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Make Brownie Batter: Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  • Bake: Pour into pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Add Strawberries: Layer sliced strawberries over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
  • Make Ganache: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, let sit 2 mins, then stir smooth.
  • Assemble: Pour ganache over strawberries. Refrigerate 1 hour until set.
  • Slice & Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy chilled.
