- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. In another, cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Swirl in marshmallow fluff gently.
Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
