Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Dough:

  • 8 oz crescent roll dough cut into squares
  • Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

For Frying:

  • 2 cups vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth. Chill.
  • Prepare Dough: Roll out dough, cut into squares.
  • Assemble: Place a teaspoon of filling in each square, fold, and seal well.
  • Heat Oil: Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry: Cook bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Drain excess oil.
  • Coat: Roll warm bites in cinnamon sugar.
  • Serve: Enjoy warm with chocolate or caramel sauce.
