Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Dough:
- 8 oz crescent roll dough cut into squares
- Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth. Chill.
Prepare Dough: Roll out dough, cut into squares.
Assemble: Place a teaspoon of filling in each square, fold, and seal well.
Heat Oil: Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry: Cook bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Drain excess oil.
Coat: Roll warm bites in cinnamon sugar.
Serve: Enjoy warm with chocolate or caramel sauce.
