- 1/2 cup cottage cheese blended
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and cottage cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool before serving.
