Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese blended
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and cottage cheese.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.

  • Fold in chocolate chips.

  • Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool before serving.
