Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp cotton candy flavoring
  • 2-3 drops pink and blue food coloring
  • ½ cup marshmallow fluff
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in cotton candy flavoring and marshmallow fluff.
  • Divide mixture into two bowls and add food coloring to each.
  • Swirl the colors together in the pan and smooth the top.
  • Chill for 2 hours until firm, then cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
