- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp cotton candy flavoring
- 2-3 drops pink and blue food coloring
- ½ cup marshmallow fluff
- ¼ cup powdered sugar for dusting
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in cotton candy flavoring and marshmallow fluff.
Divide mixture into two bowls and add food coloring to each.
Swirl the colors together in the pan and smooth the top.
Chill for 2 hours until firm, then cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
