These Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies are soft, chewy, and bursting with colorful sprinkles, making them perfect for parties or a quick sweet treat. Made with just a few ingredients, they come together effortlessly in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 box Funfetti cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- ½ cup chocolate chips or extra sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips or extra sprinkles if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
