- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk coconut oil, coconut sugar, honey, egg, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
