Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.

  • In another bowl, whisk coconut oil, coconut sugar, honey, egg, and vanilla.
