- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups crushed golden Oreos
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips melted, optional for drizzling
- Extra crushed Oreos or lemon zest for garnish
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon extract, zest, and juice until smooth.
Add crushed golden Oreos and mix until fully combined.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
Chill for 30–60 minutes until firm.
Optional: drizzle with melted white chocolate and top with crushed Oreos or zest.
Store in refrigerator until serving.
