- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon bourbon or apple juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chopped or chocolate chips
