Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies combine the classic flavors of peanut butter and jelly in a simple, delicious cookie form. Easy to make with just a few ingredients, these cookies are customizable with your favorite jam flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup jam or jelly any flavor
  • 1 tbsp flour optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add egg, salt, and flour (if using).
  • Shape dough into balls and place on the baking sheet. Press with a fork.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of jelly in the center of each cookie.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, until golden.
  • Cool before serving.
