Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • For the Pecan Pie Topping:
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup corn syrup
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Prepare crust: Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter, press into a pan, and bake.
  • Make cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream; pour over crust and bake.
  • Prepare pecan topping: Simmer brown sugar, corn syrup, cream, butter, and pecans.
  • Assemble: Pour pecan topping over cooled cheesecake.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
