  • ½ cup pineapple juice unsweetened preferred
  • cup full-fat coconut milk or any creamy alternative
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey optional, depending on sweetness of berries
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice for brightness

Instructions
 

  • Use frozen strawberries for the perfect texture.
  • Let them thaw slightly for 5 minutes if your blender struggles.
  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using).
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Scrape down the sides of the blender or processor as needed.
  • For soft-serve texture, serve immediately using a piping bag or spoon into bowls.
  • For a firmer scoop, freeze the mixture for 30–60 minutes before serving.
