- ⅓ cup full-fat coconut milk or any creamy alternative
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey optional, depending on sweetness of berries
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice for brightness
Use frozen strawberries for the perfect texture.
Let them thaw slightly for 5 minutes if your blender struggles.
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using).
Blend until completely smooth.
Scrape down the sides of the blender or processor as needed.
For soft-serve texture, serve immediately using a piping bag or spoon into bowls.
