- 3½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk room temperature
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 2 oz unsalted butter softened
- For Egg Wash:
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tbsp milk
- For Glaze:
- 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp butter softened
Combine flour, yeast, and salt. Mix wet ingredients (milk, condensed milk, and egg) and add to dry ingredients. Knead for 10 minutes.
Let the dough rise for 1–2 hours until doubled.
Shape the dough into a loaf and let it rise for another 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), brush with egg wash, and bake for 30–35 minutes.
For the glaze, mix condensed milk and butter, then brush over warm bread.
