Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk room temperature
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 oz unsalted butter softened
  • For Egg Wash:
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • For Glaze:
  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp butter softened

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, yeast, and salt. Mix wet ingredients (milk, condensed milk, and egg) and add to dry ingredients. Knead for 10 minutes.
  • Let the dough rise for 1–2 hours until doubled.
  • Shape the dough into a loaf and let it rise for another 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), brush with egg wash, and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  • For the glaze, mix condensed milk and butter, then brush over warm bread.
