For the Crust:
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
For the Topping:
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ¾ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup chocolate chips melted
- Extra caramel and chocolate for drizzling
Prepare the crust: Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a springform pan and bake at 325°F for 10 minutes.
