- 1 large seedless watermelon
- 1 cup whipped cream yogurt, or cream cheese frosting
- Assorted fresh fruits berries, kiwi, pineapple
- Optional toppings: nuts chocolate shavings, edible flowers
Slice off both ends of the watermelon to create a flat top and bottom. Remove the rind and shape into a cylinder.
Pat dry and frost with whipped cream or yogurt.
Decorate with fresh fruits, nuts, or other toppings.
Slice and serve immediately.
