Ingredients
  

For the Raspberry Syrup:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the White Chocolate Mascarpone Cream:

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz white chocolate melted
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Layers:

  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup white chocolate shavings

Instructions
 

  • Make raspberry syrup by simmering raspberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice, then straining.
  • Prepare white chocolate mascarpone cream by mixing mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, melted white chocolate, and whipped cream.
  • Assemble by layering soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and fresh raspberries. Repeat and top with white chocolate shavings.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
