Ingredients

- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup lemonade concentrate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup lemon zest
Instructions
- Melt the butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in the lemonade concentrate and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the rice cereal in a large bowl.
- Toss to coat the cereal evenly.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the mixture and toss again.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to cool.
- Once cooled, break into pieces and serve.
